Back pain is bothering an increasing number of people, but fortunately, there are several exercises that will remove them permanently with a little effort. If back pain, especially in the lower part, is something you often encounter, these exercises are meant for you.
First exercise: Sit on the floor and stretch your legs. Let the distance between the feet be 5 to 10 cm. Place a rolled-up blanket or towel under your knees, and a pillow on your legs. Bend your upper body towards your legs as much as you can. Stay in this position for 5 minutes. This way you will relax the muscles and remove the pain.
Second exercise: Lie on your back, stretch your whole body, and place a towel or blanket under your lower back. Stay in this position for 5 minutes. You will feel how the whole body stretches, and the pain becomes less intense.
Third exercise: Sit on the floor and stretch your legs, while your upper body is straight. Stretch out your arms and try to feel your toes. Go only to the limit of pain. If you cannot reach your fingers with your hands, do not force your body. You should not feel any discomfort while performing this exercise. (Text continues below)
Fourth exercise: All parts of the body are connected in some way. There are certain points on the body that can be pressed to eliminate pain. The point that removes pain in the lower back is located behind the knee. Press them gently with your fingers for 2 to 3 minutes every day and you will feel relief very quickly.
Fifth exercise: For this exercise you will need a tennis ball, and you will place it under your butt. In the upper part of the buttocks, there is a set of nerves that cause a lot of pain, and all the discomfort disappears with relaxation. In this case, the tennis ball will replace the massage.
